As a workaround I've done the following: Setup an home-assistant instance Setup owntracks on both phones (iOS and Android) and HASS Added a ping switch for both phones in HASS Added the automation mentioned here: https://community.home-assistant.…

2. I have the same device and for me it's working normally did you pair it using the generic zwave or the Remotech app ? 3. try excluding the Remotech, that usually fixes zwave issues 4. install the Homey app* on your phone & login you shou…

Good point wonder if/how this would work if we use a google home or alexa to initiate the question
-

I've setup a cheap Wemos d1 Mini to do the same thing but through wifi, hooked it up to an USB charger works pretty good, just the occasional ghost pushes, apparently it also needs a extra pull-up resistor just didn't get around to adding that :-)…

Just saw the preview of the new app, liked it but .. can we also have a "white" selector for the color lights? you know how difficult it is to pick the proper color when you can pick 16 million? i'd like to see a slider (or something) to select j…

I have a sony TV with AndroidTV, homey supported 43XD8099 I think, i'm very happy with it both quality and OS

I had the same issue, I used a KAKU AWMT-300 which has two channels and just connected the brown & black wires. Homey allows you to hook KAKU to Lifx & Hue

the thing is I have noticed the instability with 15+ apps; unresponsiveness, reboots e.g. the thing was useless..
-
@Emile When will Athom look at this? 15 apps is rather limiting especially since this number is shared between apps (nice to have) and drivers (required)
-
In the meantime you could host this: https://github.com/radinsky/broadlink-http-rest on a Raspberry Pi and use the http app through Homey
-
Use Eventghost with the http server plugin on your Win10 computer, might be quicker than setting up a full fledged apache server & subsequent functions
how I can get homey to use these inputs I can see in MQTT
Personally i'd use Homey's MQTT Client app, depending on your needs a NODE-RED sulution would also be an aoption

@swttt Can you comment on how you got the "Alexa, turn on RTL 4" working? (i have some idea's but to re-invent the wheel...etc.)

I'm looking for a similar functionality on my plugs (multiple brands) when scrolling through the list of plugs i've had the issue that some accidentally get turned off.. ideally there should be a setting in Homey to "lock" or "protect" a switch
