Does the garage controller have to be in direct range of the homey itself? Mine pairs and responds fine when connected in the living room, but not responsive when installed in the garage. I have wall plugs in the garage also that works fine, so the …

Hi, I've been looking for a good z wave door lock for my main door, that is/will be compatible with homey. ID lock looks like a promising z wave+ product, but I don't really know whats needed for making an app for this. The company pointed me to t…

Hi all, I'm struggeling a bit with my Aeotec Garage Door Controller. Paired it indoors near Homey, and took it to the garage where I installed it. Garage door open and closes when pushing the physical button, so it's installed correctly. Testing w…

KoenMartens said: Update 0.3.0 will support Yamaha MusicCast devices next to the normal Receivers. Will this mean I will be able stream audio from Homey to a wx-303, or make Homey speak through it? (dont have a Yamaha receiver yet)

Good to hear! I've read somewhere if you have lost a rfid key to the lock, the only way to practically exclude/delete it was to re-pair all the remaining valid keys again. Hardly a good solution since I have valid keys that are not in my possesion (…

Nope. I also hope someone competent can make an app, looks like a promising product. Are you satisfied with yours?

exact same issue here.

JvanBodegom said: Problem solved! Thanks all!!! I received the same from Atom; after sending them an email. Old thread, I know. Athom wanted me to send in my homey for my rrod, but this worked like a charm! Only thing I had to do di…

Thought a complete wipe prior to a clean install of the official fw would be a good idea. "Updating the updater" got stuck at 100%, and a rrod followed. Athom says my Homey is bricked, and I have to send it back. Sigh..

The xiaomi works great, latest app update now shows movement real time. I'm really satisfied with it, navigates very efficiently, but struggles a bit on my long haired rugs. If only they would release an API, that would be great.. :-)

@Emile Can someone from @Athom please comment if our ~4m 433 range issue is a problem that you plan to address some day, or is it "tough luck"? My github is still untouched - not even a tag, so I'm just curious on what to expect.

Great, looks good right after re-pairing. Will report if something changes

caseda said: @mranderson I will look into it when I get home, there has been more problems with the signals of the sensor (it always would stay "no" even when alarm was triggered) Any luck with this? Only temp stats are reporting now.

caseda said: @mranderson, please try to re include it and see if that helps No change, I'm afraid. Still "-". Range testing (purple menu) shows a green light. I also have a socket (z+) further away which Homey reaches, so don't think i…

.15, and no error yet, devices are available. Smoke and heat alarm on zwave+ smoke sensor reports "-" instead of "No" after waking it up right next to Homey. Battery and temp works. Should it behave like this?
-
Same error here, same fw. Devices are currently unavailable.

No response here so far, @Gerjan, so I put it on github. https://github.com/athombv/homey/issues/951

Yes, also on 0.10.1, forgot to mention that. There is also a lot of foliage obstructing the A-D line, so doorbell range is probably even better than the picture suggests.
-
Yes, thanks @Phuturist @Arjan. Will also look more closely on github before posting

is this a known error with the chromecast? Worked fine before. Tried deleting the device and adding it again (didn't help, by the way), and I also got quite a few duplicates in the list. I also found out why my hues aren't turned on in t…

The 831 bugreport is mine. Tested alot and @MarcoF, this is not just related to doorbell/kaku app, just as KeepT points out. Trigger for bug on my part is Homey sending a 433 signal. Remote, doorbell (input) works great as long as I don't use 433 in…

Sorry for not reading all 13 pages, but I see from page 5 there were some discussions regarding "Variable is changed" and "Variable is set". My interpretation of "Variable is set" was to trigger a flow even if variable had the same value before. …

@scocz Read through and test this yourself to see if you've got the same issue as me, if not file a bugreport. https://github.com/athombv/homey/issues/831

I'll get to it. Have to put my kid to bed first
-
OK, narrowed this down by further testing As long as Homey hasn't sent a 433 signal, it listens nicely to my remote. After such a signal has been sent, it won't listen to my remote anymore - and a reboot is required to normalize. That's why my Kaku…

Hm, aparently its not betterlogic, after all. This was bad research on my part. Tried turning on/off sockets directly with one flow, and its the same problem. It successfully turns off sockets the first time, but then freezes. Then I rebooted. …
