I changed the flow a little bit using a counter instead of a boolean. Now I'm flexible to choose how many days it takes before reset Homey by checking on a higher number

This is not working because the flow is doing a reboot. After reboot candy is lost the last time used, value and is not able checking on this value anymore. Is there an other option to run this "Homey reset" flow every 2 days?
