It should work as standard Z-wave device. It uses the standard Z-wave chip. See no reason why this would not work. Same size as the Fibaro, does not have such a great marketing photos but to be honest it cant be more plasticy. The downside is that you can`t turn off the LED.

I've been trying to tweak the neo app but not very successful... yet

I see 3 different ways that it could be able to get the signals on.

I'll have a look when I get home, but to clarify; 
When pairing the door sensor with Homey using the default zwave driver it adds the device but does not function
Since I've never done anything in NODE I tried to copy the driver from a similar device and tweak it.  
This seems to work to a certain extend, I was able to see the changes in the debugger (open/close) but was not able to translate that action back to homey (yet).

Oops, sorry for my Dutch above.

The doorbell is WiFi based, but there is also the z-wave frequency specified. I would guess that our homey's should be able to pick this up for messaging...?

However i had some time this weekend to play with it and i got them working now, 
next step is to either include the driver in the original neo app or include that functionality in mine

Just checked, they ship to the Netherlands, but only via UPS + € 16,26 Unfortunately together with a re-count for the VAT this results in € 107,09.
