Yes please if you can try again when it happens. But wondering if it is specific to the bulb, because I have a similar problem with a HUE motion sensor not reporting in af 1 to 2 days. A restart of Homey brings it back to life again

That’s strange did not receive anything. A reboot fixes it, or do you have to re-add the device?

Ah, that’s the RB 185 C. Using that bulb since months, since adding it to the INNR app. Never had any problems with it! How are you on storage on Homey?

Nope, not supported yet. Awaiting support from Athom. The specific cluster isn’t supported at this moment. Already put in a github issue: https://github.com/athombv/homey/issues/2005

Je hebt de INNR RGBW direct gekoppeld aan Homey? Dan is het niet beschikbaar. Je kan wellicht de RGBW via de HUE bridge koppelen en dan op de bridge een scene maken of van bestaande gebruik maken. Echter ik heb dit niet getest. Maw maar een idee.

Depends on the type of device. With Z-wave it is easy. Have a look at the Greenwave code for the Greenwave 6. Others is more difficult, but you can have a look at the code for the Xiaomi zigbee devices

Zigbee network reset won’t do you no good. You have to reset the device you want to include. I don’t know for Ikea, but normally there’s a reset procedure for devices. Read the manual.
