Do you have more than 65535 devices ?.. if so see GitHub issue #65536 .. 16 bit problem Est fix date >> soon I assume you tried moving the device closer to the speaker, standing on one leg and holding it upside down ? BTW not the Homey, tha…

You can now do this on Google Home but not on Amazon Alexa currently. Google has a ‘broadcast’ feature to all your speakers, or to specific named one. This will handle TTS. Alternatively you can use the Cast route

Actually Loxone isn’t KNX based, or even KNX focussed ... but it does support it.

Very promising ... particularly when you have live status

Another +1 for keeping desktop access, web based is fine even if you only support a specific browser.

Oh.. it just worked for me From memory I added the text label capability to the virtual device and then having selected that device on the Neeo , went to the shortcuts menu and pressed the 'Add a shortcut' '+' button . You then get a screen tha…

Only had my Neeo a day, and Homey not much longer. I would like to display a message on the Neeo screen that shows the number/name, maybe even a picture of an incoming telephone caller (displayed when I pickup/move the Neeo) . I already have t…

Hi .. I am wanting to try something with a Secure SRT323 that is listed as supported .. has anyone tried this model ? I am trying to use it for an unusual application. I want a remote battery powered relay (Z-Wave or ZigBee). It doesn't need to res…

Is it an easy job for me to try and add the Devolo humidity sensor to your code ? I'm passable with JS but never touched Z-Wave, or is it something you might be adding yourself ?

Solved for me too, although mine was a 'me' problem and not the command_class issue I had successfully factory reset the door contact sensor and although there is conflicting information I had read about having to have the cover off and the rear p…

BTW I have the same issue... the door sensor is never recognised and the Homey says no Z-Wave devices found. I have tried every reset combination but assumed I was doing something wrong as this was my first attempt at including it. It’s an older se…

I added Homey and I tried the above ^^ and Google said it had now selected 'Homey' as my default Homey and I could now use 'OK Google tell Homey' .... it also seems to allow 'OK Google ask Homey I tried questions of 'what is the time' and 'w…

You've done a really nice job there Joey.

Great job guys - heading in all the right directions ! One request ... PLEASE (that’s a big please) do implement portrait/landscape when you polish the apps. My house has wall mounted controllers fixed in landscape orientation. That is the way t…

Is a virtual dimmer being worked on ? Answering my own Q.. It appears the answer is yes along with the V2 API re-write ... many thanks looking forward to it !

Indeed,a thorny issue. On the one hand it does cause confusion, and so each app should differentiate its functionality clearly in the documentation as some people might have a clear need for a particular variant. On the other hand restricting sim…

I’m interested in your Danfoss TRV’s.... also still that other Q. Where abouts are you ?

So can I directly reference a Homey variable in a Homey script and change its value ? If not...then I can get the value of the variable using the token example script but how would I then update it with a new value .. and hence update the variable…

If I have a trigger from something that has tags.. How would I get the value of one of those tags at trigger time into a variable within a Homeyscript in the 'then' portion ? I adapted this example but the (Flow) tags don't get listed here. Do I ha…

Use several triggers to create one identical 'then' result. Then use that as a 'trigger' to several other flows

The current Homey Hue bridge app doesn't find a 'HA Bridge', at least not as a second bridge. Is this a deliberate code restriction or is the HA Bridge's emulation of a Hue bridge not as exact as it could be ? It might just be discovery and so I…

I can't remember what happened when I added my genuine Philips hub - I thought Homey discovered it and I just had to press the button and all was OK.. which I think implies it's just local integration. I don't remember entering my credentials for t…

Has anyone managed to link the HA Bridge back to Homey as a second Hue Hub ? I can't get it to be discovered by Homey. Tried clicking the link button too. It does work with other devices that support hubs - although in those I am manually adding …

Should you revisit this I would be most interested. I have two Nuimo devices and I use them a lot as a volume control with Sonos. In that respect they are really useful. They are beautifully engineered but way overpriced and have somewhat limite…
