FYI, you can now use variable cards to control any slider (dim slider) you want. So this is resolved.

Great thanks @caseda ! I thought I tried this, but there is some delay when dragging the tag which made me thing it doesn't work (and you have to drop it exactly on top of a field for it to work). Just tried it and works like a charm!!

You can now restore when app crashed with the app Candy.

+1 got the Quad button from Aeotec, and would love to be able to dim the lights according to the dim level set on those buttons. Aeotec actually saves the dim level to a variable, but no way to use it with the Philips cards

I will give that a try. But I imagine it will be a lot of work to build flows like: If status "armed", and sensor 1 opens/moves, then sound alarm and send push message.

Wouldn't you still want to do the security stuff in your KPN smartlife? As Homey is not build being a security device...
