Fibaro plug not responding

i have got a fibaro plug that is no longer responding.
when i look in the developer tool i see the flag says " NoAck, Secure "  
and When i press heal i get the error " REQUEST_NEIGHBOR_UPDATE_FAILED" 

what can i do to fix it.

take the pug and plug it near to homey and wait if it wll respond again.
then you know that it was to far from homey placed and you have to take another plug to make a bigger zwave mesh and reach more devices

it was already near several other plugs and the distance to homey was plusminus 2 meter without walls.
i placed the plug on 0,5m but sadly no difference

i think i have no problem with removing te plug and reading te plug but then i must check my flows en ad the new plug.
and that not what i want.
I want the plug to lissen to me and switch on or off when i tell it to do

And what if the plug died?

Best way to find out is to remove it from Homey and re-add it.

I removed it en readdited it and than it works. Sadley you must change the flows ?
