iphone 7 not detected nor push info sent

I have exactly the same problem as in thread:

dated last march and never answered
Although app correctly working on the iPhone 7 its precence is NOT detected nor push notifications acknowledged
On previous iPhone 4s everything was OK
Any solution yet?
