  • I have this issue for a while now. Still no solution. The problem might not be with Homey though.

    Did you follow the steps described in the readme of the app?

    Before logging in make sure you have followed the following steps.

    • Make sure you have a Google Play Music subscription here
    • Log-in on the Google Play Music app on your phone and play at least 1 track
    • Go to your account settings here and enable 2-factor authentication
    • Generate an app password by going here, selecting Other in the dropdown menu "Select app" and clicking the "generate" button. Then copy the generated password.
    • Log in below with your username and the app password you just generated.  
    • If you are still not able to log in please try enabling "Allow less secure apps" in your Google settings

    Verder heb ik inderdaad bovenstaande stappen gevolgd.

    2-factor even uitgezet. Apps met lage beveiliging toestaan staat aan.

  • Hi all,
    I would like to introduce myself with a nicer question but I keep on getting the same message since a long time.
    "Er is geen telefoon gekoppeld aan dit account. Log aub eerst in op een telefoon en speel hierop minstens 1 nummer af. Probeer daarna opnieuw."
    Playing several nice songs on my free Music account doesn't make it happen.
    I had already enabled 2-factor authentication and even disabling it doesn't work for me.
    Who has a good idea for me?
