Afaik there's no 868 apps yet besides from zwave...

why is coping not possible , the whole klika app is full of copying remote examples ? But that is only possible if the faak signal is defined in homey , that can be achieved by reord the signal and try to decode it or try to find a signal definition on goolge, domotics can receive certain faac signals.
