my home doesn't responds when I say Hey Homey.

I did restart it and reset it  but did not help.
the microphone is switched on in the settings menu.
has anyone a solution?

Try saying 'Okay Homey' instead of 'Hey Homey' :-)

I use Siri on my iPhone and then is have to say hey instead of okay.
