[APP SUGGESTION] Domoticz

Is somebody willing to make an app for Domoticz? I've got the idea to measure my smart meter through my RPi with Domoticz and P1-USB cable.  
I would like to read the data from Domoticz with Homey and log it with insights.  
Is this possible?  
I'm not a programmer/developer, otherwise I would make it myself

    I think it would be more dynamic if someone would create an app for virtual devices.
    Don't know for sure is it's possible with Insights and values and all, @Emile ?
    And then use the HTTP get app to get the info or get the info pushed to your Homey.

    I could create it but I already got two projects running which I first would like to finish: Weather Underground and Samsung Smart Aircon.

    The possibility to add a virtual device would be great. Then I can use HTTP get app to set my Toon thermostat via Domoticz.
