How to drag and drop a flow into a folder?

I am unable to drag and drop a flow into a folder. Please check the following video: http://sendvid.com/jo0lmcgt
Am I missing something?

Move the flow more to the right then the folder is, so it will start to add a small space in front of it, so not to the left like you are doing right now.

@Emile, bugreport, when saving a new or an existing flow which is in a folder, it moves it out of the folder. Also where do I report issues like this officially?
