  • @Wimstradamus , i completly agree that this schould be the case. That is why i start this forum item. I'm still not sure if what you and i describe will be possible with homey and if so how to start/ do this. I don't like to invest on an alarm hub b…
  • Will smartalarm also be supported? seems cheaper than woonveilig and woonveilig is going on the same path as homey as they now also support multiple protocols and triggers.
  • @BasVanDenBosch , was making a point before they ship all endproducts without one and get users that want there money back or even don't pay due to inclomplete product delivery (and yes i've had that experiance and still waiting for customers to pay…
  • Not to be pickey but if it is being delivered to a dutch adres the product is only complete if there is a dutch manual (by law), @LuukVisscher thanks for the video's give an example of time needed to complete commands.
  • @emile , would it be possible to add multiple wifi/ internet connections in order of priority as a failover. This way i can connect to 2 neighburs (and the can connect to mine if the would like) due to the fact we have different providers there is a…
  • I know woonveilig. The thing is.... still another hub/ central while the detection is in the sensors. So if the sensors are supported then Homey even is a cheaper alternative for alarm systems (in regards to all the other benefits). Using multi sen…
  • Love the idea! then when there is a burglar in the house play xyz random over all the speakers connected, livingroom, bedroom, kitchen, all at once, drive them crazy ;-)

  • was looking for that, so thanks. Anyone experiance with this thermostat? can this also be used to completely close a valve with z-wave? this way i can cool my house using my floor heating system and lockout the bathroom (condens from 18 degree or lo…
  • If it is not fcc certified, isn't it possible to ship parts? In the EU/NL there is always an option about diy and then there is no CE certification (like rapsberry pi etc.) if this is the issue also outside EU, perhaps it is an option to let the use…
  • vsub said: @Emile and @Stefan, maybe also check the identity of tunf (did he really pre-order?)... No offence, but tunfs previous comments and this topic (with an ad-like title and text) are very sketchy. Again, in my opinion! Hi Vsub, w…
  • sounds like what i was expecting, looking good so far!

  • Just orderd a couple. Will see. I don't think that prices here wil drop more then 60 % in till june. Also asked again for homey support.
  • Reading this topic, i have a seilling power point with a smoke detector on it and that sounds like a great place for a product like homey. More central in the house, using its best IR from front, able to detect smoke (if added as feature) so for the…
  • Now that on the apps site there is also a list of supported hardware (many thanks, hopefully a start not the final list), i'm wondering for woonveilig, is the central still needed or will sensors etc. be able to connect to the homey directly? This i…
  • Thanks all for picking this up so fast. I know about other product and domtocz build in, i was just wondering if it could be an extra feature as there is a mic in the device and notify a possible hit. The sound is still in the detector, i only want …
  • will the piper hd cam be supported? this has also a mic and speaker so in other rooms there can be alarms / messages and controls. Would be great! Also please support the canary security device: http://www.amazon.com/Canary-All-Security-Device-Black…
