Uhm.... Homey IS een officiëel Z-Wave gecertificeerde controller Bron: http://products.z-wavealliance.org/products/1771
-
-
I don't think you can do that yourself. Write Athom support team an email and I'm confident they'll help you out.
-
Hi all, I confirm that after upgrading to 0.10.7 the speech recognition went dramatically downhill. Where I was quite pleased with Homeys performance before, I am now often getting frustrated because Homey simply doesn't recognize most of the comm…
-
@Yannick ; This is of course a valid point, however at the same time it is part of the whole journey when developing and manufacturing a complex product like Homey from scratch till when it is mature enough to enter the market. (.. and keep in mind…

@NPeters I'm running build 0.9.3. Yesterday I've read that for this week there's a nice update to expect, so hopefully after this update Z-Wave and Homey's capability to work within an existing Z-Wave environment are working fine then.
-
Hi @0burner0 thanks, I realized I indeed wrote the wrong name of the app in my post (.. but this is the one I'm using indeed )
-
@Athom @Emile ;; After upgrading to v0.9.1 I notice that, once I include Homey in my other Z-Wave network with HC2 as the main controller, that Homey does no longer do the survey on the Z-Wave network where it is included in (.. to actually adopt a…
-
Ok I found out that even though Homey says that there's an error in the flow, it works! It's a bit of confusing because the red-cross icon makes you believe there's an error though...
-
Hi all, On my end I also notice that when I create flows and try to use the "and" conditions (example: when using the tags From / Subject contains "xyz") then it doesn't work anymore. If I remove these conditions then it's working fine, so my login…

Thanks @superice for the update and looking forward to it!
-
Hi @steenjensen ;; Ah, that's the trick... I didn't include the {"value" part but added just the value name instead in the input window Thanks a lot! Br. Mark
-
@steenjensen Hi, You mentioned in an earlier post that you managed to let Homey change a global variable on Home Center 2. Can you show me how you manage to do this, because no matter what I try with a flow on Homey, the HC2 keeps the global var…
-
Hi Steenjensen, Although this will work, I'm not fond of putting the login details into any URL. I'd like to thank you for the above given support, I gave it a try and it is working. Though it is not fully what I am looking for; this way of workin…
-
Hi Steenjensen, Thanks for your advice. In my situation I don't want Homey to change a Global Variable on HC2 (.. Homey always just have to respond on what happens by the HC2), or, (.. other example) Homey just have to say what Global Value is set…
-
Hi steenjensen, Ok, one example is that I'd like Homey to say something when I set the alarm for certain room through the HC2. For this example Homey must check the Global Variable called "alarmstatus" on HC2 and when it is set to "ingeschakeld" t…
-
@cnvisser thanks, I'll check again tonight, I didn't try longer than a minute or so.
-
Hi @BasVanDenBosch , yes I tried this but without luck. I know it probably did not make sense to reset the Z-wave network, but that was just one of the very few things possible to do ourselves on Homey so I thought I just give it a go... (Homey is …
-
Hi, After updating to 0.8.36 I notice that I can't reset my Homey (.. it does not respond when I turn it upside-down and the LED ring keeps showing the rainbow effect as normal). Anyone experienced the same? I already rebooted Homey, reset the Z-…
-
@kitkat they are still available, but only not widely on the market any more... Last week I purchased one in Poland (.. it is a bit more expensive, but hey... I really wanted to have it): http://allegro.pl/listwa-greenwave-powernode-6-z-wave-fibar…
-
@Taco @Emile I did the upgrade to v0.8.32 this Wednesday, and ever since my Homey will freeze at least once a day. When it happens, also the LED Ring activity (Rainbow effect) is fully frozen. Does anyone else experience this too? Tonight i will…
-
@Crunch , thanks for this nice app and keep up the good work Can you add the functionality that Homey will say how many new email messages are in the mailbox, please? (.. including saying there's none, in case there is no new message?)
-
unfortunately no positive result to share, yet @tweaqer ; Besides this, I also sometimes see that the powered devices (added by Homey himself after the inclusion in my HC2 network) cannot be used because they report an error. The message looks like…
-
I haven't tried this yet but will do when I'm at home later today
-
@Taco ;;; I notice that Homey does not instantly respond to a device change once it is initiated by the HC2 controller (.. when I switch lights on in HC2, the device status in Homey does not get instantly updated. Only once I select the device in Ho…
-
Thanks for the info Taco, good to understand how it works. I was not aware that Homey would do this, so when I found out I was actually quite happy I can say
-
@fuzzybear I haven't found an answer on the secondary controller question yet, but meanwhile I found something cool too Once Homey is added to the HC2 controller as a device, you'll see a notification within the Homey UI that Homey can perform …
-
Hi all, After playing around I found a solution for my first question; it turns out that I just thought too complicated... By using the app "HTTP Request Flow Cards" I can simply call any Scene I want directly from the HC2 controller. So no need to…
-
actually, the secondary controller would also increase the z-wave signal strength / stability so I'm not sure if I'm going to ditch the HC2 because it is a great controller too :-) We'll see once Homey is here. So far the demo videos look great, …

Indeed I fully agree it doesn't make sense to have 2 seperate z-wave networks, fingers crossed that integration with Fibaro goes well. It seems that Homey will become a nice extension of our current Domotica environment
