No problems here with the same sensor. Even logs the temperature and luminance well in Insights (despite one big spike I experienced). You have to push the button on the sensor 3 times fast. (BTW I am on 0.8.20, so that might be different)

kitkat said: This is a good idea...nobody wants to hear OOPS in the middle of the night hehe Set the volume to 5% when the time is 23:00 and back to 100% at 9:00

Awesome!
-
@caseda 0.8.20. @EdTst guess it is something that needs work.
-
Same here, haven't been able to select a zone since a few hours and the app crashes as well. It didn't do that before. Probably related!
-
Athom is moving to another cloud provider, I just got an email about that. https://status.athom.com/ also shows some maintenance. So perhaps that is part of the problem.

When I add the device, do I choose "None", 1, 2, or 3 as the group? I chose group 1, not sure if that helped. Then edited, filled in '1' behind the group 3 field, then 3 times pressed the button on the hardware and then it worked.... thanks so much!

I managed to add my new Fibaro motion sensor. In 'Devices', I can see: Generic alarm - Off Luminance - 21lx Temperature - 23.1C Battery - 100% This makes me think it works. Although I am not sure if "Generic alarm" is meant to be there for when moti…

I just received mine, will try this tonight I'm so in love with Homey.
-
Awesome, congratulations!
-
No luck yet, but I'll try later. Might be doing something wrong myself.
-
Am I correct that sending out IR signals doesn't work yet in 0.8.20? Trying to power on my TV using the 'manually recorded' signal, but that won't work.
-
Awesome. I ordered one and if needed, will get a wall plug later on Thanks everyone!
-
@MennoVanDerAat @Fire69 Thanks, that's awesome So I guess that if I add a wall plug half way, that should extend the range... Good tip, thanks!
-
Does anybody have the Fibaro Motion Sensor? I am really interested in buying one, but have some questions: a) Do I need anything else to connect it to Homey? b) What is the maximum range between the sensor and Homey? c) Any idea on how long it works…

I got myself a second-hand Homey yesterday and was playing with this as well. This might be a related bug: I tried: 1) "Turn on all lights" => All lights were on 2) "Turn off lights in the living room" => Lights in the living room went off A…

Perhaps you can accomplish this with the Slack app already present. Or https://apps.athom.com/app/nl.tonversteeg.pushover (Pushover) if you buy the pushover app. Finally, you can use an SMS gateway like www.targetsms.nl and use the HTTP protocol ap…

I have been thinking about that as well. However, I think it will be kinda hard to do this. Not sure if Shazam has an (open) API and you would also have to record the music and send that to the server of Shazam, which will be hard, even with Homey
-
Awesome flow!

I am picking up a second-hand Homey this afternoon. Really looking forward to it.
-
I have not looked into the API that Philips provides, but I think what you want is not (easily) possible. Probably the app just uses some HTTP requests to do what it does. Streaming audio or video is a whole different cookie. You might want to just…

Please note: This is something out of my own experience, not meant as criticism for the Athom team. It is just something that happens sometimes. This post was meant in a funny way.
-
I really want one! 15 euros would be the max price for the Homini for me I think.
-
I don't have a Homey yet but I read that 0.8.17 is the newest stable version; you need to enable 'experimental' to see this update.
-
Thanks, let's try!
-
Cool! For dutchies with a LG Hombot, I described how to add wifi to the Hombot here: http://www.domotica.center/robotstofzuiger-lg-hombot-vparquet/ It also shows the URL to start, stop and 'return to base'. Shouldn't be hard to build this in Homey.
-
Same here. I have made the first steps to try to create an app, but since I have no Homey yet, it is not possible to try a testrun so I will not continue
-
I totally agree, it is good to see! I myself have to wait a few more weeks for my Homey to arrive but I am looking forward to creating an app myself.
-
@Emile: Is that bug also in the currently released version? (Seeing that a lot of people had troubles...)
-
Awesome. That was something I was worried about, that this might be a hardware issue. So glad that you got it fixed!
