This requires z-wave knowledge, which is a complete different kind of ballgame than the other types of apps. I bet @baskiers of Athom could create one real quick if he had one of these locks.

@Floodnl I would first have to get it working so that the Horizon box reacts, which it doesn't at the moment (not from NodeJS, that Homey is based on, only reacts to the PHP script that I tried to convert to Javascript). So I am still doing somethin…

@bvdbos No, but I will try to contact them again.

@jjtbsomhorst I am a backer but I am not receiving the password...

Waarom wil iedereen zo graag van die Hue bridge af? Die zit toch niet echt in de weg.... ?!?

When you send a message with Homey, you don't receive it on Telegram?

Most Foscam camera's support screenshots, try out some that are on: https://www.ispyconnect.com/man.aspx?n=foscam or maybe your exact model is even listed. The ImageGrabber app (made by me) needs a JPEG file so if the type JPEG is shown on the URL …

For a lot of hardware there are homebridge plugins. For example, I have Nuki, Sonos, Nest installed.

Getting a product Homekit compliant requires a hardware chip to be placed inside the product. I don't think Homey has it. With Homebridge running on a Raspberry Pi (or any other piece of equipment) you can emulate the hardware chip. This isn't poss…

@dejongj Chrome on the Ipad is basically a Safari browser with different looks. Chrome on a real PC (Windows, Mac or Linux) works.
-
Yeah, it is possible with this app: https://apps.athom.com/app/com.internet

@jjtbsomhorst I think the Teptron company is a bit rubbish is well. They showed on their website that they would ship another batch in 6 weeks if you ordered, so I did, been waiting for over a year now and they basically told me that they need to ma…

@satellietje I think your custom bot is visible but indeed no messages should be visible since it is a chat between your account and the bot, so that's not visible to others. Bots are actually meant for multiple users, but that's the only way to mak…

Zigbee support will be worked on after Homey firmware version 1.3 if I remember correctly from last weeks mailing... so it's not yet 100% certain if Salus will be supported.

You could try to do that with the Countdown timer I guess (https://apps.athom.com/app/nl.bevlogenheid.countdown)

Telegram is what I meant, don't know where Snapchat came from LOL.
-
@gnaaktgeboren on Snapchat that is? I will probably work on that this weekend.
-
https://apps.athom.com/app/com.apple.itunes I don't use it, so cannot help
-
The Yahoo weather app probably?
-
@anne thanks, I will look into that. I think there are some more programs that are executables on my Mac but perhaps there is a replacement available for Homey environment as well.
-
I use 7 RTS screens, programmed by 2 remote controls. No problems ever with controlling them using Homey. As far as I know, IO is closed source.
-
@Peke will do that soon!

I have tried to use the Homebridge plugin and start it by using Homey. However, it tries to run a part of mdns (a required module) that is an executable file. That won't run on Homey. It is too far above my javascript/Homekit knowledge level to try…

Since 1.2 I can now use the KAKU wallswitch from the wall inside my bathroom, which did not work before. A few centimeters further it no longer works. So yes, in my experience it is improved, but no, it's not by far.

Somfy RTS here as well, I really love it. It is one of the most stable apps on Homey if you ask me. I have once had to repair since the start of Homey. After this winter (where I don't use the sunscreens at all) I was wondering if it'd still work fr…

I it! Makes me really anxious to get started on a similar project
