  • After the update and recreated the devices i don't see them any more in  my specific zone in the android app 2.4.7- build 77. However I can see the devices in that zone on my computer. I already tried a reboot. Any body having a solution?

  • Heb na 6 pogingen nu eindelijk het account kunnen aanmaken. Ik kwam tot de volgende oplossing. Nadat ik mijn wifi had ingesteld op de Homey ben ik overgeschakeld naar mijn 5 ghz netwerk. toen zag ik wel dat hij ging updaten en is nu klaar

  • Hoi Annemarie, Ben net weer opnieuw begonnen maar hij blijft weer staan bij het scherm waar hij zegt connected and homey is checking for updates. Ring pulseert ook gewoon weer groen.

  • i just received my device. after connecting it to my network its also pulsing green and nothing else happens.
