  • jorden said: @aloft Make sure you disable polling and then try to run it via the CLI. If possible, only run the disable or enable card; that way I should get just as little information as possible, since the app really outputs a LOT. If you ca…

  • When looking at the data sheet there is an active area of 0.04 mm2 with a narrow half angle of 10 degrees see here http://www.embedded.com/print/4398904 for explanation. In turn this would not require a very large hole as long as the IR is in line …
  • Maybe a Fibaro motion sensor could also be used for something similar as this detects vibrations/seismic movement.

  • Omg I hope Athom have a patent on their housing design.  It looks very similar
  • Could this: https://www.npmjs.com/package/samsung-remote Be used with homey to help create an app?
  • Also a set of four arrived last week here. Just awaiting Homey support. Will be great for operating sonos running flows etc and improve the waf factor.

  • I wouldn't complain so much about communication or how the product is working if you compare this to other home domotica controllers. If you could just take a look how Fibaro and Vera were when they started and how long it has taken to become stable…
  • @HarmStellinga I have worked out the format for the http get card using the explanation from Erik in the app description. Couldnt make any sense (cheese) when googling json validator. I now use the following in the http get card: First block = htt…
  • Thanks Erik missed the instructions in the App Store and don't know the first thing about json let alone json validators. But I am here to learn so thanks for the pointers. Will look this up tonight when the kids have gone to bed.
  • Just made a quick test with my ET10000 (Extrend Enigma 2 sat receiver). I have managed to change the power state using the following: http://dreambox/web/powerstate?newstate={powerstate_number} * 0 = Toogle Standby * 1 = Deepstandby * 2 = Reboot *…
  • I have also a Byron BY35 push bell, just tried connecting it with Homey but it is not recognised. This is also 433 Mhz but with digital coding these push bells can be paired with the bell chime by pushing the appropriate button. It would be great if…
  • Having problems here after adding my Homey as a 2nd controller to my Fibaro HC2. After a restart it appears that there is a port or something that is getting blocked as I cannot connect to my Homey via my.athom.com even though my router shows that  …

  • Maybe something for the future for Athom to enable two languages in the user configuration
  • Would it be possible to allow the trigger to be in English and the output in Dutch if both languages are installed?

  • Now i have received the homey i realise the choice for the positioning of the cable. In this position it runs neatly over the table when exiting the casing. It's just necessary to bend the cable slightly so it does not push the homey off of its feet…

  • Hmm, doesn't work here, does  your homey have a thermometer added or is it using a zwave device?
  • @jorden Just tried this with a flow to take a snapshot and record on the front cam and another flow for the back cam and finally a flow for both cams together all work flawlessly. So this is a great start and multiple cameras are not an issue
  • Cool just worked out how to install, this from the athom cli. I have now connected to the NAS and added both front and back cameras. Just need to add some flows to test them. I will leave this till tomorrow as I don't really have any triggers for th…
  • Brilliant, can't wait to test this, have been asking and waiting for Fibaro to support h.264 for several years now, which they still have not added. With Homey it takes less then a week
