  • and you did not add a delay on your flow cards? since 10-15 seconds delay is way more then an ordinary "a lot of z-wave data is being send" thing
  • I will need a little bit more information than this. Are you trying a 4x up gesture? (which is not possible) What app version are you using, what homey version are you using What lights are you trying to turn on Are you sure it's not your flows t…
  • as he said in his post, did you login to my.athom.com before going to that page? if the cookie is not set, then it won't connect to your homey for realtime showing
  • Athom can't make their source, open-source even if they wanted to. There are a lot of things now in the core that are under NDA or other kind of protection layer (licensing)
  • is een random kleur genoeg? (dat is het makkelijkst) of wou je de kleuren zelf defineren
  • This evening the app will be updated to 1.1.0 This version includes all zwave devices nodon still has left (smart plug and micro smart plug) Fixed a core change that made the settings save button disabled, the reason has to do with the wakeup inter…
  • @stimien Try resetting your device manually (so not from homey 's settings) .  Had the same yesterday when trying to re-include a device. It instantly says something went wrong . After manual reset it could include again
  • Because Spotify isn't allowing/giving athom the ability to use the api. (yet ?) So it is now only possible to use it in conjunction of Sonos. Go bug Spotify about it as much as you can
  • @Skorpion you are looking at full raw data, that is not going to work (and probably is also not in the manual this way...) 0x70 = Configuration Command Class, 0x04 = unknown to me, probably SET a value, 0x03 = the id, 0x01 = the size, 0x01 is the …
  • @btwvince I have 2 wallmotes and is on my todo list for adding, not at the top though, so eventually it will be added. Maybe by athom (robin) first, who knows
  • So you did a video about speech recognition, even though that is also been rewritten partly in 1.2? Makes so much sense now /sarcasm And no its not only zwave I have the "luck" of having 7 meters with no mesh. Which is still not 40 meters.. But…
  • @ZperX Maybe the people here are complaining because you only show the bad things of homey (in your situation), I don't see you making a movie about your good range of 433 mhz devices.  Or that homey itself is running stable. Now again you only do …
  • It is not strange at all.  There are a lot of factors that can influence speech recognition if the filtering isn't fully good yet:   - accent/pronunciation - high/low voice - distance from wall(s) - how much that wall absorbs sound - anything nearby…
  • Good call. It's not called "set a position" at the moment, I guess it's set brightness(?) for now since the dimming capability is used for position capabilities. will probably change in the future though
  • @RDtimmer you probably need to re-include it to homey to have a new capability added (the metering) And don't include it as a "light attached" if you want the metering in the mobile card also. (now only in flow cards and insights)  This will change …
  • If there is no app for the device, and it has no basic on/off function (like the keyfob) then it will not work.
  • Amazon echo and in the future Google home are Extensions meant for other room control of homey (like a second microphone) and will not became the main drive I guess you aren't following the forum or slack much since they "already" made improvements…
  • @ingmar could your try to wake up your sensor manually nearby homey once and let it completely timeout on its awake state (blue led on to automatic off)
  • One of my motion sensors trigger from 6 meters distance and 2,5 meters up, and triggers as soon as I walk from behind the outside door 99% of the time that 1% it is just before I closed the door behind my back again.  The rest of my motion sensor a…
  • @MrDutchfighterthat is Exactly how the left drawing is working, the fase goes to the dimmer Sx (to the switch) gets 230 volts when you have a fase connected to the input (required) Which is why s1 and s2 (both optional) work this way the "schakeld…
  • so these drawings doesn't seem relevant enough for your situation? it's in the manual
  • The ID is chosen by the z-wave chip itself, athom/homey has nothing to say about that. it works incremental (+1) for every inclusion. so everything between 9 and 25 either failed or is deleted. to reset you will have to reset your z-wave network an…
  • @JasperKort this is already made possible by the "candy app" in the app store Or via a http get call with the http app, but that is more technical
  • Training your voice was only for the "ok homey" part, not for the rest of voice recognition.  But that most of the time that made it worse anyway.  Just wait for homey update 1.2.x speech filtering has improved in that version, maybe also for the b…
  • Bumblez said: "If you can't beat them, join them!" There is a lot more then just using their services, especially as a startup like athom is. when athom began, there wasn't even a alexa (publicly) or google home. And apple's siri is and…
  • They won't say that it's going to keep working bad, cause it won't.  They already improved voice handling in 1.2.x and are working constantly(!) at the server side to increase responsiveness and accuracy. Voice is hard to filter right from backgro…
  • I would not advice to give users a global card. it will disalign the settings inside homey and the settings that are in the device. this can create a lot of confusion, maybe not for you, but for the ordinary user will. (Expert parameters inside the…
  • to further on the information, the zigbee chip inside homey is still deactivated, but they will activate it in the near future. especially now that Ikea has brought out some zigbee based lighting they have put it a little higher on their to do list…
