Hi Johan Thanks for the effort. BTW: my message was by no means to put pressure on you (or somebody else). I only wanted to emphasise the fact that the app could be useful to some people, and that it would be a shame if your initial work on the app…

+1 It would be greatly appreciated if someone can update it. Maybe it's only a limitation of the version-number in the installer (just hoping ) ? @JohanKuster

I was having more or less the same issues when trying to log. Try to use only one card with a trigger name. 2 solutions: 1° Each IFTTT flow-card has it's own trigger-name (in your case Temperatuur1, Temperatuur2, ...) 2° Store the line you want to …

That stores a double quote, but the good thing is, when I use the flow card "Say something" with the contents of that variable, Homey says nothing. Before this, I was using a . and when homey tried to say the contents of that variable, he said …

I just noticed it's not Z-Wave Plus, just Z-Wave. So I'll skip them. Otherwise it would have been a great deal. Anyway, thanks!
-
@Jwoudenberg Thanks! Do you know if you can use this FGS-222 without a wall switch. I want to use it for 2 outlets, with a lamp that is switched on and off, purely based on motion.
-
@Menno Can you let us know if it's working after using to older version again? I'm having exactly the same issue as @CoenRoos mentioned on january 20th.
-
Anyone an idea on how to clear a string-variable in a flow? I want it to be completely empty.
-
I'd like to connect IFTTT on my wife's iPhone, AND mine on my Android phone. We both have a different account. Is it possible to connect both accounts to Homey, one way or another ?
-
The above problems disappeared just by being patient... After one day the drop down box contained only 1 event for each. I also found that when trying to log to a spreadsheet you can easily separate the fields when you add 3 pipe symbols, like this…

@WathLamers The Neo Plus has a (published) limit of 2000w, I wouldn't exceed that with 15% (peak). So 2000w continuous or 2300w peak. It's not just hoping you don't damage the plug, it making sure you don't set your house on fire.
-
I first used a brennenstuhl energy meter. The dryer used only 2450w at it's peak. So I'm sure it's safe to use the Fibaro Wallplugs. They have a limit of 2500w, and allows peaks up to 3000w. As you can see in my opening post, the dryer uses (accordi…

If only the Doorbird could be integrated with HomeyDash...

I made a small change to the above flow. In the last flow, in the 'IF' column I had to change 'if the energy has changed' to : for every flow to check if the appliance is of or not. So I check every time I've taken a sample, not on an energy ch…

Idea / Feature request Calculate the time difference in seconds / minutes / hours between 'touching' a variable. I flip a boolean at 9.30.00 and again at 10.05.00, this results in 35 minutes. Since you already keep track of the time when a variabl…

An Aeon Extender. I still do have some Aeon devices, the siren isn't working (know issue). Multisensor 6 (3 pieces) working great. 1 Aeon recessed door sensor (not working). I had 4 of them, sent back 3 and kept 1 because I already drilled the hole…
-
i was using (/testing) an extender as well, but it didn't do the trick for my. I sent in back. I now have some fibaro wall plugs and they are working great, I even have reception in the basement.

Working without issues here for about one week.

@Leeuw1960 I forgot: the 'magnetic' contact is also called a 'reed' contact. You can connect it to any module that has a 'dry' contact or 'potential free' contact. As long as the module 'talks' to Homey, you're good.
-
Use a simple magnetic contact. http://www.ebay.nl/itm/SURFACE-CQR-DOOR-CONTACT-MAGNET-FOR-INTRUDER-ALARMS-/151579996068?hash=item234adf2fa4:g:39QAAOxyyq5TOqoT Extend the wires. Use (eg) a Fibaro Binary Sensor https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/430023…

Is it also possible to make a telnet connection with it? I want to connect to my managed switch, but I can 't install ssh on it.

It goes like this: Take sample readings on a set interval. I take 4 readings, with a 60 second interval. I store each reading in it's own BL-variable. I use a BL-boolean to set an appliance in or out of service. Reason is that I can take measuremen…
-
@MarcelKuijper That won't work because not every cycle take that long. Sometimes it's an hour, sometimes only 30 minutes. It depends on the fabric-type you select on the dryer. But: After a lot of trial and error I found a solution that is workin…

@Appie Interesting 'toy'. I read a bit more about it. I don't think it will suit my needs, but probably there are people that might be interested in it.

Weird stuff going on. I added two triggers in Homey, this is the result in IFTTT
-
I noticed this: " Created on Jan 27 2017 * Never run This Applet can be delayed by up to an hour" Do I have to wait one hour before it's run for the first time ? That's weird.
-
Thanks. I created a trigger (with data) in a flow. I now can see the flow in the dropdown box when creating an IFTTT action. While I 200% sure the flow (with the IFTTT trigger) is running, IFTTT says is has never run. Anything extra I have to do to…

I'm on IFTTT v1.0.3. But it seems there is an update available that wasn't installed automatically. Don't know why, because all other updates are installed the moment they are released. I'll try again.
-
I can 't select that flow-card. The only IFTTT card in the 'then' (dan) column is 'Trigger IFTTT action', I don't see the 'Trigger IFTTT action with data' card.
-
This is where I'm stuck: I thought I'd see a list with my flows ?
