Fire69 said: Nice work @mistercage! I don't have Sonos, but a nice accomplishment anyhow! Good example for maybe other projects in the future (Deezer, etc...) You don't need Sonos to use Spotify @mistercage: Great idea and work!

Nice work! Verry good example video for beginners.

+1 in stamping the floor and busting the table

It's a shame that not all those 2000 are interested in Spotify. And also not all of them are reading this forum . I really hope Spotify will respond to Athom in the near future.

Come on, give the guys from Athom a break! They are working their ass off day and night. They are even working while the rest of the land is on holiday and during bankdays. At the end, beware that you ordered a kickstarter product and that it very …

I also like the idea! If it comes availible I also would like to buy one.

Done, 215 so far

@Emile, There is still a big question for a virtual Homey. Is it possible to create one in a year when most of the big fixes are done and updates are not in a daily base anymore?

+ verry much for that!

MarcoF said: @Emile Again; Congrats! Could you give us a estimate shipping, in weeks, for the others batches? On Slack, Emile told that he would try to ship all pre-orders in Januari. But it just relies on the manufacturer, how fast…

Why not using Slack, that's already supported I think.

@oertje, just wait till Homey arrives, I think Athom will put some kind of manual with it to start with Homey.

I'm #5 on a Motorcycle G 2014 with android 4.4.4. With this phone it's working nicely until the part after I need to log-in. There I can't get further because I don't have any Homey assigned.

It seems nice but is realy is expensive... €299 for the super very early bird... "You save €400 from the estimated price". And that ilumination with only LED? I really hope they can make it true... I now have 4 GU10 lights from IKEA with 400 lume…

@Jacob, therefor it is better to use a specified system like Toon or something and let Homey change its settings like room setpoint. Then you use the best of both and are not dependant of Homey.
-
If you search the forum you can find multiple threats about this. You can use z-wave for a solution but also Klik-Aan-Klik-Uit. Depends on the money you will spend and the functions you want to have. Homey is able to do almost everything with bot…

It's not strange that there are a few people when you invite people on a thursday at 17:00. Most people are busy with their work. Also in this case, they did it on december the 3th... I can imagine that there are a lot of people who are thinking abo…

Ah, that's a shame... If you give me the money I will send one to you :P.

Indeed, but do not enjoy it too much, those headaches are really terrible ;-)! Guys, many congrats!

@ Kasteleman, I've got a Calenta. Remeha sell's a cable which can be connected to the heater for maintenance purposes. They also have a free (Recom) software available to use with the cable. Robert Hekkers found out that it is a FTDI cable with a 4P…
-
@Honey, do they sell Remeha in the UK? They use the OpenTherm protocol. At this moment I can read out my heater via an Arduino with WiFi shield sonnected to a webserver on my NAS. When Homey enters my house I'll change from WiFi to an other protocol…

Beware of empty tubes! From my work I know that it can be very hard to pull cable through them at a later point. Especially when they use flexible tubes which are very nice for installation but not for pulling cables.
-
@JaapPelt, Good idea! But I would place a lot of ethernet cables to prepare for the future. My friend just moved to an other place and found that he had to less access points. For example, he wanted to have his NAS near his television so he needs…

Great work @Stefan! It's good to verify it and then ban the fake paulus

Please comment in Englisch :-) For me it's the same. I'm working on my own website to control Homey.
