@steenjensen: Maybe you can try using '%20' instead of a space, or does that not work either? http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_urlencode.asp

MarcoF said: Not a answer to my question. Bugs ok, but I asked why a beta system is marked as unstable. And these unpredictable issues could later have a great impact on the whole platform/acceptance/UX/etc. Because a beta system …

Jeroenvano said: Thanks @0burner0 for your advise for plan-B, I will correct and create 3 flows. But still my opinion is that this should work with one simple flow if homey wants to have more non-geeks as customers. 1Flow: Trigger: …

I think the best rule of thumb is that Homey itself has neglicable time taken for flows (I'm talking 100-500 milliseconds here in my experience). There is always a delay between sending a command to Homey and the delay between getting an command and…

@nklerk: I read somewhere that especially the 'swipe' controls on the nuimo don't work properly (fail 25% of the time or something). Is that also your experience, or does everything work as expected 100% of the time? Also, how does the ring exactly …

@DieterKoblenz then by all means keep it installed via project --install

@DaneeDeKruyff I do not expect someone who doesn't like beta (geek) products to have a Homey right now. I do expect Homey to get out of beta, and I do expect non-geeks to buy Homey after it is out of beta, but for now, Homey is beta.

@keverjeroen: Haha I would do the same! Emile beat me while I was writing the post

I'm sure there should be some sort of option feasible with Better Logic; this has $timenow$, the current time since epoch, and can use math.js's features, including math.randomInt([min, max]) . Not sure how this should be implemented exactly (I gue…

@Rocodamelshe @DaneeDeKruyff What do you have to track on that page? Go to it once, vote for devices you want, add devices you want, exit the page. Let athom take a look at the page in a week or 2, and tadum, a perfectly-executed wishlist of the co…

mglat said: Thanks for that clarification. At them moment I find homey not stable enough, so I'm not going to introduce apps that could make it worse So then what was your question for?

If you want a webbased application: I have made a very simple webpage that simply has a few buttons that give commands to Homey (via the HTTP-app) which in turns switches flows off/on. What you are describing is already here, albeit not very sophis…

I have the strangest thing. For the last 2 nights, around 4:50 AM, the app indicates that I 'came home' (judging by the time of the notification I got). My phone did not turn off, and was charging next to my bed. Any idea?

It it would work with BLE-GATT, like https://www.senic.com/files/nuimo-gatt-profile.pdf , it should be incredibly easy to make an app

Every kaku stopped working for me, also after cold reboot (.38/1.1.4)

I actually looked at this project when it was featured first on Kickstarter, and didn't order it because of the relative high price and the (IMO) limited functionality. However, what you are describing about the control pages might actually push me …

@MatjaLipu: Also something that could reasonably be coded in a hour or so, unlike bigger projects.

@Panda: nope, no source.

Ronald said: even if i turn off auto update ? I like to install updates if i am around and after i am sure it will not interfere the rest of my flows. That is for Homey itself, not for apps.

I'm not sure what the use of this is, since Homey auto-updates the apps, without any way to turn this off or force this (expect un/re-installing I guess, which is unwanted).
