We've identified a bug in the 433Mhz chip firmware that can impact transmitting in area's with a lot of traffic or noise. A fix for this issue will be included in version 0.9.2.

73MB is the correct filesize. a 200MB+ update happens when homey has detected a filesystem corruption. This can be caused by an interruption of a previous update process.
