  • Bumble said: And what about the 433 range? Or am I experiencing another problem? The 'female' doesn't like the light in the toilet... That's a little hard to say, as it depends highly on your environment. Our test Homey at the office sho…
  • jorden said: I read on the Slack chat that 0.9.2 will be released to experimental, and if no problems arise they will make it stable after a few days. 0.9.2 Will not include a working IR implementation, therefore we are not going to rele…
  • We've identified a bug in the 433Mhz chip firmware that can impact transmitting in area's with a lot of traffic or noise. A fix for this issue will be included in version 0.9.2.
  • Bumblez said: Sommo said: is there any chance to see 0.9.1 in stable version tomorrow? thank you I assume that 0.9.1 will be moved to stable as soon as all the (Athom) apps that it broke, have been fixed. I think we're …

  • JurgenHuijbregts said: @JeroenVollenbrock I think for a lot of users thats difficult to use. Isn't it possible to duplicate the drivers with a new name?? So all devices will get 'officialy' covered?? It is, but i prefer not to do th…
  • chris.brandhorst said: @JeroenVollenbrock ; OK, could you explain how that should work? On the older app, with the PAR-1000 I had to manually enter the correct setting (A1 through D3). How does the coupling through the AC-XXX work? FYI: I do n…
  • I don't have most of those devices to test with, but it should be possible to pair: PAR-1000 using AC-XXX ACM-1000 using APA2-2300R ACM-3500 using 3 separate APA2-2300R devices in homey AWMR-239 using APA2-2300R Unfortunately, KaKu does not have a …
  • Those deprecated devices are merely the old drivers. The KAKU app has been rewritten and in the new version, we've decided to name the specific product numbers that are used to test the app with instead of device descriptions. Could you perhaps tell…
  • Robebar said: Hm did that and even restarted my phone, but still when I try to add the mobile into a flow, the selection part for "which device" stays empty..  am I missing somethings here (do I need to add my phone as a device ?) Just to …
  • I think that error shows when you don't have git installed on windows. https://git-scm.com/download/win
  • RobinVanKekem said: But this will prevent people with a firmware below 0.9 to use the app. Homey installs the latest compatible version. Releasing a >=0.9 update will create an update for everyone with 0.9 or higher and does n…
  • If you know how to use the athom cli, you could help Andy (and yourself) by testing if my pullrequest fixes the app (i dont own lightwaverf devices). https://github.com/jeroenvollenbrock/com.lightwaverf
  • The appstore did not contain its newest version yet, fixed.
  • daylfy said: Was this another misleading movie they posted ? That video is actually completely and fully legit. The only differences between the Homey in the video and the delivered Homey's are the assembly process, and the software…
  • martijn1980 said: Thanks for the quick responses. Would it be possible to place a dimmer before the electronic transformer, without ruining the device?   I'm not entirely sure about that, a simple on/off receiver should work, but dimming…
  • The newer ANSLUTA remote that @martijn1980 mentions is a newer version that operates using a proprietary protocol on the 2.4Ghz band. These currently cannot be used with Homey. The older ansluta remotes with multiple buttons and code switches next t…
  • caseda said: ok, this is a new bug to me i haven't seen on the forum yet at all. This is my settings page menu: And it is missing 2 options, the updates page, and the system page Anybody else ever seen this? it doesn't get fixed by een power…

  • @MarcoF : Those are indeed good suggestions, but i don't see how that is related to the way push notifications are sent to your smartphone. Even with the server side setup, the Athom server that is mentioned in your suggestion could still send a pus…
  • @MarcoF : This is a limitation of both GCM and APNS, so there really isn't much we could do differently there.
  • @ErwinVrieze: Are you sure your homey was connected to your wifi network? The "oops" issue is supposed to be resolved since April 4th, unless your Homey really cannot reach the speech servers.
  • RobertLijkendijk said: Alright, that explains the different update size. Update seemed to be going fine as my.athom.com also showed the Homey was restarting after downloading the update. After that solid red ring. Any suggestions @JeroenVollenb…
  • 73MB is the correct filesize. a 200MB+ update happens when homey has detected a filesystem corruption. This can be caused by an interruption of a previous update process.
  • RobertLijkendijk said: @Voogeltje At first I had the same issue connecting to my 2,4 Ghz (non airport) network. Put the Homey upside down till it told me to go to setup.athom.com and I tried again and it suddenly did work. Perhaps you can try a…
