That is not true, my comment was specific to the reported issue. All updates are incremental, but if your Homey requests the latest update from 0.0.0, an entire image will be downloaded instead of the incremental one.

0.8.18 is currently being tested internally. If no blocking issues are found, it will hit the beta channel somewhere this week and the stable channel next week.

Homey supports reading ISO 14443A (FeliCa might work as well, but that's untested). 14443B (EMV/passports/IDcards) is supported by the hardware, but those cards identify with random id's (or not at all) and are disabled by software due to privacy co…

Just a quick reminder: You're now making calculations with numbers that i have guessed in a conversation on slack. You shouldn't trust any conclusions based upon those numbers. The number of Homeys that can be flashed in an hour varies greatly. Wh…

@honey / @fire69: The acryllic ring is transparent and was originally designed to diffuse both the rgb and ir light. The new IR leds have a narrow long distance focus, and a broader low intensity angle. This still causes part of the IR light to reac…

Hi there! I'm the engineer who is responsible for the iOS app. However, I've been spending the past few months developing the bootloader, the operating system that powers homey and a couple of drivers for the underlying hardware. I've done this in o…
