Hi @lesterchan . Sorry to hear that you have these errors. How do you try to pair the devices? Do you pair them as 'basic Z-Wave devices' under Homey, or do you search for and install the App for the relevant brand? The second option is the way to g…

Hi Dennis, That's correct, IO Homecontrol is still a no-go - and we don't know if we'll be able to integrate it sometime. As of now, IO is closed, secured and not yet known on the internet. RTS will work though.

If you have an issue regarding shipment you can always mail support@athom.com and we will find a fitting solution. @johan_kreeft , you've got mail

Sure, I will keep you guys posted via this topic about developments , but surely do continue. A small victory along the bureaucratic way is in no means a guarantee for quick success, we've learnt

An update from the official side of things: We are actually looking to begin to get somewhere with Honeywell on receiving access to their APIs. If so, we would be one of the first in Europe, and they still are in beta, but we'll go for it anyway. Th…

@Bumblez You are right. We are updating the text in support to state to use Google Chrome. Thanks for your heads-up about that.
-
@honey Thanks for noticing! I will update that support page right away!

@btwvince, Shipping to Holland is fee. For some reason, our cart assumes that you're located somewhere else (could be IP, browser settings, ...). If you adjust it to 'netherlands' in the second page, the shipping costs will disappear

Officially I haven't heard back from them, but I guess that @HellHound can release his app in our App Store pretty soon, so 'it will work'. A full (OAuth, etc) API is still not announced to us though, so I also cannot give you any timeline on the o…

At this moment the Keychains are still made manually, so what you see is a kind of limited first edition. After all the positive responses, we are looking for a way to upgrade its manufacturing process though, but it could take some time before we'r…

We are in touch with NetAtmo about supporting their Welcome in Homey. Thanks for the heads-up! The reaction time of NetAtmo is kind of variable though, so we don't really know what to expect when .

Just as an heads-up, our contact at Nefit Netherlands does not expect official progress until May.
-
We have been in touch with Nefit ourselves. The Dutch office is really enthusiastic, but the Main Headquarters is kind of unresponsive/slow with opening anything up, so if you guys can give it a go that would be great! The github link @hrc linked to…

Hi @Alvarez , If you continue to have trouble, know that you can contact support by mailing to support@athom.com .

Hi @spamenigma, As for your findings and images: 1) this is how Homey is supposed to be. It allows the voice and Infrared light to travel out of the device, and is the best solution possible. When upright, it should be barely visible and covered mo…

Homey might clip the sound if you're too near (it is aimed at a little distance), so talking clearly while being not too close works best, often
-
Hi Martijn, I can confirm that you will receive your Homey with the Geek batch, and the Track and trace is indeed correct. Due to your upgrade, our mailing system thought you also belonged in the Super Early Bird mailing list Best, Stefan

In the beginning you will, as we use Philip's API. We are looking to replace this implementation later on with a direct one via Zigbee, but this is more complicated and will take some time, so for starters we use the hub.
-
I am in touch with them, but their reaction time is.... not really fast. Any mention or question from customers will bring up Homey again, so generally that is not a negative thing (if you just politely ask, it will never hurt).

We're investigating Deezer support. Generally, we need a little bit more information than is provided in standard SDKs in order to make it work awesomely, but we're on it!
-
Hi all, So cool to see how you're all so much involved! Let me clarify some things for you on this topic . As some of you indeed correctly asserted, this Mediamarkt stunt is purely marketing. Thanks to some good contacts at several local Mediama…

I am in contact with someone from them over Linkedin, but they just referred to their Android SDK for now. I indicated what we are looking for instead after that, so let's hope .
-
We are indeed working on that, @RobValk

You can do that by using voice (and the name of the switch), or by the mobile app, in which the switch will be shown after pairing

Flic looks like a neat addition to Homey indeed. I will try and reach out to them to see if we can get their 'official' support. @mruiter, thanks a lot for your offer, much appreciated! In case the contact with Flic does not work out the way (or tim…

Good idea. I have also voted myself. Hopefully this will speed up things from the forms I posted already

Hi Fred, No. I think I forwarded the confirmation mail, but apparently something went wrong. Maybe check your spam folder? (if it's there, you would really help us if you marked it as not being spam ) Best, Stefan
