You should be able to configure it all in the mobile app. Go into settings then accessory setup. From there you can configure each button. Scroll down a bit and you select it to do nothing. Does that help?

Yes but only if you set your phone and Home to US English which is a PITA! Voice recognition drops dramatically for me when I switch from US to UK. I also lose other services too in the switch so if you like in the UK (like loads of the backers and …

Whilst in on total agreement about keeping the desktop app, have any of you seen Tasker on Android? It's far more powerful than the Homey interface and very quick to use with a small bit of practice. So there's still hope!

Ok thanks

I noticed the LightwaveRF app has been updated. Anyone have a change log or know what's new?

I bought 3 of the 7" Amazon Fire tablets when they were on sale at £39.99. They needed rooting and an AOSP ROM to get the best out of them as the stock browser sucks. I'm using then with Fully Kiosk and very happy (particularly the price!)

Great news! Alexa skill is now in the UK store!

Very strange indeed! Just got home from work. Tested ok Homey a number of times with no response. Reboot, no response. Then PTP. This time after homey boots up I get a random 'You're welcome'. I didn't initiate any speech so curious, I checked speec…

Since updating to 1.2.2, the last couple of days my Homey has stopped responding to voice completely. If I use the mobile app, then voice commands work (if recognised correctly of course) but from any distance, at any volume, when I say 'OK Homey' I…

The other night, I spoke a command, the ring went orange as if listening, and then stayed like that, permanently! PTP resulted in boot up sequence and then led ring went off and stayed off! Repeated PTP 3 times and the same. The last time they ring …

Sorry for the rant but I've tried to stay as positive as possible about this project over the last year or so but I'm really struggling with the erratic development, particularly of late. Another couple of days with 1.2 and the disappointment grows…

I'm on English but i still have to repeat myself a few times. And i have to be close. I get no recognition from more than a couple of meters. I have am echo dot next to it and usually resort to that. Will keep testing though.

No improvement for me at all with 433 - in fact it's worse! Receiving range is still only 2-3m LOS and it's mixed up some of my lights since 1.2. When the PIR outside my front door is triggered, my office lamp turns on!

Worked for me. 2 step with unlimited music. Also numbers in my email

Anyone know when this will be available outside the US? I'm in the UK and I can't switch my Kindle content location as I lose all my existing skills and setup.

Kindle Fire is only £34.99 today on Amazon UK! Great price for a device to run Homey Dash!

Hopefully this is the upcoming "very popular speech integration" @Emile was taking about http://www.androidpolice.com/2017/02/07/alexa-voice-service-now-available-uk-germany-new-version-logitech-zeromount-celebrate/

I've been using a Kindle Fire with Naked browser (for full screen as Silk browser doesn't cut it) for Honey Dash. Benefits: cheap, Alexa, works well with Echo Dot Deficits: sluggish, default browser no full screen, have to sideload most apps as no p…

I've tried all the methods suggested and never managed to change the default settings. That said I had been more stable recently but still occasionally doesn't trigger my lights. I've found the Hue sensor much more reliable

I too have been blown away by the Echo. Only got one a couple of days ago when I saw they support LightwaveRF. Combined with Hue and the Harmony skills it can pretty much control must of my devices. Strange though, I felt like I was cheating on Hom…

Is anyone still supporting this?
