This topic drew my attention as soon as I opened the forum. I (just like many other apparently) are looking into this problem. All I have read are solutions based on electrical contacts by using the on the toilet seat. I haven't had the time yet to …

Have you been able to start progress on the smoke detector yet? About 20 comments back there was a mention about adding a driver for them but I can't seem to find an update on github. Any thing I can do regarding the driver or are there any remaing …

I had exactly the same issue when I started with Homey. My problem was that I added the Montion Sensor using the wrong device type. I have Zwave+ devices but I added them as the non zwave+ devices. Have you tried the 'other' device type?

Priknr1 said: @Icarus Saw the new commit on github? If you want to, you can give permission to Athom to change the app ownership to me, so you wont have to worry about it anymore. Priknr1 said: @Icarus Athom doesnt need my re…

@Priknr1 if you create a GIT repository yourself I will ask Athom to transfer the ownership. In that way you would not be needing me to update the code.

I just looked at the information in the developer dashboard. Apparently I mist an email notification that Athom accepted the version. I just published version 0.0.15

@Priknr1 I looked at the code again to see if I could find a reason why the category function doesn't work. It was added to the wrong place in the code. You have to define the device category for each device. The first category in the code is the ca…

I just committed the changes on github. I will check the code tonight. I will also change the names of the devices so they are more distinct when you try to add a device manually. I will also take another look at the device that was added twice to s…

The device 05468 and 054336Z have the same identification information. Your device will probably be recognized as 054336Z and not als 05468. To be honest I don't know what device is correct so I removed one of them to at least make the code work pro…

@Menno I just removed the double device in the app.json and submitted a request to update the driver. If you want to test it you can use the source in github or just wait until the app is approved in the appstore!

I'm very much interested in how you connected both services. A quick HOWTO maybe?

I had the same challenges. In the end I used the following site to convert my images to SVG: http://www.mobilefish.com/services/image2svg/image2svg.php. Maybe this will help you with at least converting images to SVG.

I found a possible cause of the problems. I just checked the source code on GIT and found that a device has been added twice (same manufacturerId, productTypeId and productId). I can't promise anything but I might have a look at that later tonight. …

I will discus this in the Slack channel. I guest one of the gues there might know what we are doing wrong heren. I'l keep you in the loop.

I just tested it again and I get the following message when I try to submit the app: invalid category 'socket/windowcoverings' in app.json. Allowed catergories: [lights, video, music, appliances, security, climate, tools, internet, localization, ene…

Strange. I will take a further look at it later tonight. Just state the obvious any changes will be processed in the next update (not in the currently pending one). I have to be honest that I just received 8 Fibaro Dimmers so I don't know where my…

No you wont. RING doesn't contain an API. When browsing there forums I found that they might add this in de future but there is no chatter about a date anywhere. You could however use IFTTT if you want any kind of integration. Both Homey and Ring su…

This is your commit of the app.json file: https://github.com/priknr1/me.zwave/blob/b3c4d1aab4c64d4ba06d18a9174d76b4181d9b38/app.json You specified the 'category' to be 'lights', 'socket' and 'windowcoverings'. That doesn't seem to be accepted by At…

So I just tested the app before I asked for approval to process the update in the Athom appstore. A couple of issues arose: * You added to categories that don't exist in the appstore so I had to remove them; * You added a capability 'meter_power' t…

@Priknr1 No I missed it. I will look at it today and when the changes are correct I will submit a update request.

The link is actually in the app store. But I will add it the next time I'm updating the app

Hi. I just updated the app to include the latest Z-Wave driver from Athom. Maybe this will solve some problems regarding the status updates from the switch back to Homey. I also got a couple of messages that the Z-Wave.Me driver app crashed on a Hom…

Hi. I just released a new version of the Z-Wave driver. Just check if your device works now using this new version.
-
@Priknr1 . I'm currently not working on any support for the mentioned devices or for flows. So just create a branch from my source and change whatever you want to. Afterwords just push to my repository. I will review your changes (briefly) and will …

@Menno: I took a look at the information your provided but I can't seem to find a Manufacturer ID (100) in any of my code. The devices currently supported are '054336Z' and '05461'. Did you check the supported devices before installing the driver-ap…

@KeepT. The problem might be that the device is still connected to your homey. Try the following. * Login to your homey; * Go to the settings page; * Go to the z-wave page; * Click on 'remove a device'; * Triple press either to on or off button on …

aloft said: Not sure why you can't get this app submitted to the app-store, but one word of advise, please use an email address that you will read. I think Athom uses this address to send crashlogs etc if your app would crash. There are enoug…

Power cycle / reboot like: unplug the Usb powercord? Yes I did. Same result. When I login into the webconsole using the Safari iOS browser I get a list of all my devices (small note: I can only see my devices when private browsing is disabled)
