Problems pairing Aeotec Minimote

Can't pair the minimote with Homey. Sometimes the pairing process stops early, and the best I've got is a note saying "Setting default association groups" and then it pauses, leading to a "no z-wave device has been found". But then if I try pairing right after, it says it is already paired and I have to go to settings and remove the node, after which I can try pairing again. But I've never gotten further than the default associations -error message.

Any ideas on what I could do next? I've upgraded the minimote firmware to the latest 1.19.

Oh, there is an "Unknown z-wave device" in the network graph, probably my first time where i forgot to remove the node and instead reset the minimote directly. Can't figure out how to get rid of it, but I assume it should just be automatically removed after a while?

    Tried resetting the the z-wave network and then just adding this device, didn't help. The log when I get the issue of group associations looks like this:

    He said in the first post that he tried that.

    I am having lots of such problems, and I mean lots! It hangs in different stages when i try including various devices either Fibaro or Aeotec. What it works is first of all lots and lots of patience, keep exclude and include and power cycle Homey. Try leave it off for at least 30 seconds.
    If still problems try opening an issue on Github.

     Hi,

    A few weeks ago I gave a Minimote to Athom, and they fixed the problem. The minimote needs the newest firmware, and Homey needs an upgrade, there is a bug in Homey as well preventing the Minimote to work.

    So, we have to wail till new Homey firmware is out, I hope it is in 1.5.

    @Emile Can you confirm the Minimote will be in 1.5?

    That's actually good to hear.

    I tried it again, a dozen times and no luck. I'll now wait until a stable version comes out of 1.5. Thanks for letting me know.

    Now with Homey version 1.5, I can pair the Minimote; however the Aeotec app does not know the Minimote yet.
    I cloned the Athom driver and adjusted it for the Minimote, and now it works.

    I sent the changes to Athom; let's hope they update the driver soon.
