Dim-level Hue Color Spot

Is there a way to control the dim-level of a Hue Color Spot with a variable. I can change the dim-level on a card with a slider but I can't figure it out to use a variable.

I think you can make an extra card for this and create a pull-request for the hue-repository for this?

FYI, you can now use variable cards to control any slider (dim slider) you want. So this is resolved.

Great, I didn't know this!

But, probably a silly question, how to fill (or change) the value of the variable cards? My hue, dim-level and saturation all have a value of 1 in the variable card. I want to drop the card on the slider, but then what...?
