Immediately after plug-in Homey has a white / blue ring No reaction at all.

Hi Readers,
I've got a problem. Just after starting my Homey, the led ring is white/blue and it seems the Homey isn't starting. Just try to reboot several times and want to enter the factory reset mode. Thats even not working. Has anybody got a clue?

It's not that you just place Homey upside down,
Did you try this https://www.athom.com/en/support/KB000026/
If that doesn't work email support to get instructions and help recovering from a computer.
