EVERSPRING TUSSENSTEKKER DIMMER MET Z-WAVE PLUS APP

  • Another bug report/feature request: if you set brightness level it will also turn on the device. Would be better if that would be separate actions. So that it behaves similar to other dimmers (Qubino and Fibaro)
  • You'd better submit an issue on Github:
    https://github.com/ralfvd/com.everspring/issues
However, as multiple devices show this behaviour, it looks like it's something in the Homey-core:
    https://github.com/athombv/homey/issues/934

  • You're right! I subscribed to that issue and hope it'll be fixed soon.

Version 0.1.0 has been released in the App store, with some extra devices supported.

    Have fun all!

Why would you want to add two actions for brightness level and turn on/off? I find it quite annoying that I would need 10 cards to turn on 5 lights at brightness x.

Luckily for me my Fibaro dimmer turns on when I set brightness to 50% on the card
  • Hi @aloft, thanks to Rovin van Kekem who programmed the Philio Smart Color Button i can try to control the Everspring AD1422 dimmers, however, the app keeps on crashing when using the button.
I think the (testing) code you pasted from the other dimmers did not work...it does the very basic controls when using the slider but more inpepth control causes the crash.
  • @Rozz ; what is the firmware version of Homey you are running on? On November 28th, I got a lot of crash reports of someone who is using 0.8.17 ; was that you?   Then I can dig further into the code that caused the crash.

    Nope, wasn`t me, i`m on 1.0.2 coming from 1.0.1
  • I have the AN181 - Mini On/Off Plug with Power Metering (http://www.everspring.com/AN181.aspx).
adding it to homey was no problem and on/off switches works, but I don't see any power metering  also not in insight.

  • AD147 socket dimmer does not dim anymore within a flow since 1.03 and 1.04
