Kickstarter Dot; Can't Homey do this?

Today I've discovered a (relativelty) new kickstarter project dot (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1867163750/dot-the-physical-push-notification) But can't homey do this, even with speech or turning on lights in different colours. This could even be a extension on the Homey app.

Hey @Roel, The biggest potential synergy between Homey and Dot is that Dot can use its precise location tracking to make Homey even more aware of your presence, current activity, and identity. We can essentially enable Homey to make smarter, more automatic actions. I think Dot and Homey are great fits for each other!
