  This is a Vanilla forum which works with addons and has a big addon "store".
  
  There are some anti-spam/captcha addons available.

  Add a question to the registration;

  And else just ignore the spam....

  @MarcoF: @Emile already installed one of those (captcha registration addon) guess not the correct one, or not good enough

  @Reflow; I known @Emile add (re)Captha to the registration and therefore I suggested the question addon
