App on my phone gives no devices

The installation procedure of my Homey went well. I connected several kaku products to my Homey. But when I start up the app on my phone I got the message "Connect a device to Homey and it will apear here". No change nothing apears. What did I do wrong?

Did you place the devices into zones, other than the 'main zone'? In that case you need to press the 'door' icon to switch to a different room.

Do you use a iPhone? If so check that your not using the private browsing feature. That took me almost 30 minuten to figure that out

I switched to the specific zone, the only message i get is "connect a device to Homey and it will appear here".
