Can't Install Apps

Got my Homey up and running, but am not able to succesfully install an app form the App Store. Every time i get "Something went wrong. Try Again"  and "An error occured". I tried restarting homey already, anyone another idea?

  • Did you try several apps?
    There is a known problem for the moment with the installation of several apps.
    Athom is looking into it.
  • Yes, i tried KlikaanKlikuit, Action, Slack and Buienrader
  • Those are installing correctly here...

    If you really can't install any app at all, I think it would be best if you contact Athom Support by mail.

    Try to install an app, after you receive the error, in the Homey interface go to Settings - System and press the Send Log button.
    It will generate a log and give you a code.
    Include that in your mail.
  • I will contact Athom tomorrow but I have not the Send Log button in Settings -> System

  • hmm,  never seen version numbers like this:
    0.0.0-update.inc
  • Something went wrong with the initial update I guess.
    If you go to Settings - Updates, is an update available there?

    @StefSpakman Your Homey's files became corrupt. Go to Wi-Fi Recovery, and update Homey from there. 
  • @Emile Homey now keeps pulsing orange, when I take the power of and put it back on, Homey gives red for a few seconds, than orange again. does not connect to wifi i think (cant connect to ip). turning homey upside down also does nothing
