  • Am I right in thinking the "browser fallback" is designed using Bootstrap as well?

@Emile any new on The Windows Phone app in combination with Windows 10?

    Nope, still the same.
Once the iOS App has been completed it should be fairly easy to port it to Windows 10.

No, it's native javascript, to keep it fast.
  • I see, I'm curious to experience the interface! Especially across the various platforms ;-)

Screenshot I saw for phone looked very slick.

@emile does this widen the view and possible oppertunities?

  • any news about the ios app?
  • Hey guys,
I'm also very interested on your product and the iOS app.
Are there any plans to release a Apple Watch app, in terms of the iOS app? Or maybe later a Apple TV App?
another question: what about HomeKit Support?

I'm using a lot of apple products, so for people like me it would be great if there will be a good working integration on different apple devices.

Don't worry, most of them are already working internally :-) We'll announce a list as soon as we've shipped the first Homeys.

When do you guys release an complete list with supported devices/protocols/API's/WebServices/etc?

When the new website launches. For now, the App Store combined with our Timeline is a pretty good source of information.

Jeroen will resume development on the iOS app when he's finished with creating low-level audio software (so we can stream to Sonos and Bluetooth, for example).
  • Thx @Emile for information
  • +1 Thanx for the reply

  • Any update on the release date of the iOS app?

As an iPhone owner i still think this is the correct priority! Go Athom  <3

As discussed before, release will take a while. Jeroen was able to grant access to a beta of the app. I'm still interested in this beta and help reporting/finding bugs
  • For now I've configured the Home Remote app (http://homeremote.bouncingball.mobi/) to send speech-input commands to Homey.
Works great from the 'Today Screen':

Only disadvantage is that you have to be in reach of the same WiFi network as Homey.

    Hi RikPost,
Can you please show me what links you filled in?
    Thanks!
  • Why i dont can speak with homey via app?  Now i have a S7 edge, i have give the homey app all permissions
  • @brot84 This is probably the same problem  as with the S6 (which I have). You are able to send voice commands with the Homey app using your S7. However, the voice line is, for a yet unknown reason, not visible for the S6 and S7 phones. Just starts with saying OK Homey followed by your command (for example say OK Homey what is the time).

Hopefully theverything voice line issue for the S6 and S7 will be fixed in the update of the app.
  • @Frakke The easiest way to get this working is to install the HTTP app on your Homey.
You can start a flow with the HTTP Get card and create a name, for instance 'watch_tv'.
When you create an URL action in Home Remote use: http://<ip adress Homey>/api/app/com.internet/watch_tv

If you want to send speach commands to Homey you have to send a Json message with the bearer token of your homey. Also possible with Home Remote but I have to check how I did that last time.
