  • I also use a webhook to let my webcams "talk" to homey.
The webhook is triggered only once as  you can see on the  http://developers.athom.com/webhooks/ page, but homey reacts three times in a row......
  • Had the same issue with multiple calls. Reported it on Github: https://github.com/athombv/homey/issues/510

is there an ETA for the official IFTTT channel?
Sorry, just read the first post....

I'm using the maker channel and working fine right now.
I'd like to use it with multiple IFTTT users to trigger flows in homey. I would probably need to have a way to enter also multiple IFTTT keys. Is this possible?

  • Can you already use it with the ifttt beta app? (Without special beta invite)

Not working for me. I get the message "Het lijkt erop dat dit account niet als eigenaar staat geregistreerd op deze Homey. Alleen de eigenaar kan verbinden met IFTTT" in the IFTTT settings page.

    The console tells me:

    No access token found
    api.js:1 GET http://<<ip>>/api/app/com.ifttt/authorizationUrl/?_=<<id>>; 500 (Internal Server Error)window.Homey.api @ api.js:1api @ settings.js:1(anonymous function) @ (index):58i.onload @ api.js:1
    (index):63
    missing_homey_id(anonymous function) @ (index):63i.onload @ api.js:1
  • The connection with IFTTT is working for me, but when I try to create a new applet with homey in the 'This'-part, normally a list with flows should appear, but it doesn't. I get 'undefined' and 'options unavailable' as flows.
  • Hi guys, you were a bit quick to be honest:) Please download the normal IFTTT app from the app store (beta will be removed).

@Phuturist make sure you are using the owner account of the Homey when accessing the IFTTT settings page, is that the case for sure?

@YvesGeffens did you create some Flows with an IFTTT trigger and save them? IFTTT caches the 'Which Flow' options quite aggresively, it might take some time (0 - 4 minutes) and a refresh to get these Flow showing in IFTTT.
  • @Robin I also get "Het lijkt erop dat dit account niet als eigenaar staat geregistreerd op deze Homey. Alleen de eigenaar kan verbinden met IFTTT"

I am logged in using the owner account

On https://ifttt.com/services/homey/settings I am able to connect using my owner account. In the app the message stays the same. Also removing and re-installing the app did not result into a solution

As mentioned by others I am logged in as the owner. Checked the request and cookies and the Homey  ID is present. So it must be a bug in the beta IFTTT app.

And I understand it's beta and it's not a big deal it's not working. I just wanted to test it. Going back to the current app is not an option as well. Firmware update 0.10.x broke the connection from the IFTTT app to the webhooks, so the old version is not working anymore.
  • i have exactly the same issue

+1 for the updated app (v2.2.1), not the beta.
  • The 'old' app is no more. The webhook version is removed from the app store as we only support the official integration at the moment. So if you still have com.iftt.beta installed, please remove and install com.ifttt from the app store.

For the people experiencing the 'owner' issue, an update (com.ifttt v2.2.2) is rolling out as we speak!

Did you have a delay? I still have it.
  • i just installed it, so I guess it's the newest version, the only thing I see is this, when I click on the button, I see just an empty form

Use the desktop app, not chrome

When I click " Connect to IFTTT" from the homey settings screen through the OSX desktop app I get an empty windows named "Athom" and nothing happens?

I would expect a login dialog, anyone else experienced this?

And yes, same behavior with Chrome, Safari and the updated OSX desktop app
