>2 actions in one flow break 0.8.20 ?

When using the standard-action "lights on"/"lights off" on the speech-input I noticed that flows with three or more actions seem to be the cause of these action not working. Disabling the flows with three or more actions make my lights work again... Can anyone confirm this?
