No sound

I have no sound from Homey.

I lights up yellow but there is no sound. Even if i input earphones there is no sound.

I powered him off and did a factory reset.
Checked if volumes are up. 

Anybody got any idea? Or is it broken?

(Btw this is a new Homey)

    If Homey is saying something and you don't hear it after checking what you write  above it could be a hardware defect.
     Please open http://your-Homey-ip-address/manager/speech-output/ in Chrome after logging in  and see if Homey says something. 

     If it  reports Homey talking but it keeps sitent  you  should contact support by email support@athom.com
