Feature Request for Philips Hue App: Set effect and alert by flow-card

With the Philips Hue API its possible to activate an effect ('colorloop') or alert ('select' and 'lselect') for a light or group of lights.
The 'select' alert is very usefull for small notifications (one blink). The 'lselect' is usefull in case of alarm or important alerts (15 blinks).
