z-wave switch to reverse polarity for DC motors / linear actuators

Hi, I'm looking for a z-wave switch that can control DC linear actuators. This typically requires a reversal of polarity to switch from opening to closing. The actuators have have start and en switches build in so that is not a problem, but I have not found a switch which will allow me to switch the polarity.
