Best settings for Fibaro Motion Sensor (Z+)

Hi all,
I tried using the search funtion but it doesnt seem to work. Apologies if this was already asked before. I am new to homey and bought my sensor yesterday.
I was wondering if more people have the Fibaro Motion sensor and can tell me what settings they are using. The menu in homey is a bit overwhelming and gives a lot of options. My goal is to be able to catch movements but should 'reset' after 1 minut and should report if it catches any movement. This should be done without draining the battery to quick.
Any tips would greatly be appreciated.
