scrolling in a flow panel unavailable

Hello

I can’t find the position where to scroll the panel in a flow that is very populated, i.e. I cannot find the vertical scroll bar therefore I do not have access to conditions that are below in the screen

And u did try ofc to adjust the screen?

I found thanks, it's on the left of the panel
the scroll bars are not visible unfortunately (no contrast whatsoever) however finally I got after various attempts
