Homey App - home/away state

Maybe a stupid question, maybe not..
I started using the home/away (geofence) function form the homey Android app again. This works surprisingly good now, every time I leave / come home I get a notification from homey, but when I check my home/away status in homey (tag list in the flow editor), I'm still @ home after the message from the homey app.
Do I need to create a separate flow, or should the App toggle this status automatically?
