Is it possible to have your mobile phone as a variable you can use in flows?

Hi,
I have several flows where my mobile phone gets notified when something happens.
But recently I switched to a new phone and I had to go through all my flows to change my phones notification device.
I would love to have this a bit more automated, like defining your mobile phone as a variable or something that can be used in flows, then re-defining the variable that would be used by the different flows to notify the phone would not have to be updated separately.
Someone our there maybe already created this?
