Return percentage of lamps to previous state when no motion is detected

Hi,
I have a question about how to make my home a little bit smarter without me writing a lot of extra flows.
I have set up that when it's getting dark outside (using Sun Events), the lights turn on slightly (about 40%).
Later in the evening, they're set to go a little bit brighter.
When I get my motion sensors (this week ), I would like to setup that the lights go to 80/100% when I walk into my kitchen, and return to their previous state when no motion is detected anymore, no matter what percentage was they where on before I walked in. Any thoughts on how to do this.
Regards,
Patrick
