How to remove dead/spoilt node?

Hi,
My aeotec nano dimmer (named "Fan-spoilt") stopped working so I tried to remove it from Homey but I couldn't as Homey says the device is not within the network.
I tried adding it as a new device and it is successful (name "Fan").
Both belongs to the same device.
I am now left with the faulty device sitting in my homey. How do I remove it? I tried using the remove device and it does not work too..
I also have an unknown device..
Anyone can help please?? thank you v much!
