Using a harmony touch remote to trigger a flow?

I have a logitech touch harmony remote control.
Is it possible to use it to trigger a flow?
When I add it as a generic ir device it becomes a send only device and I can't use it to trigger a flow.
Does anyone know if it's possible, and if so how to do it?
Grateful for any help...
